🛌 The space is a cozy 1-bedroom cottage (364-square feet) with a comfy queen bed. 👥 Whilst it's best for 2 people, it does also come with a futon and can fit up to 4 guests if you don't mind being in each other's space! 👩‍🍳 The open kitchen includes a gas range, microwave and toaster. ☕️ A Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and other essentials provided, too! ✅ You'll be close enough for ocean breezes, but the place does come with a mini-split heating and cooling system. 🖥️ High-speed internet and 55-inch smart TV with 85+ channels included for rainy days. 🌳 Amazing central location that cannot be beat; you can walk 1 block to the beach, jump on the freeway and be near all of San Diego's attractions in minutes (Mission Bay, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld and more). 🍎 OB Farmer's Market is every Wednesday from 4-8pm where you'll find live music, street food, art and fresh produce.

NO SMOKING/PETS/FIREARMS/OR PARTIES: Possession of marijuana or illicit drugs, smoking of any substance, parties/events, pets/animals, firearms and excessive noise ANYWHERE on site are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times. No additional guests beyond the number of people booked in the reservation may access the property at any time without prior authorization. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation for non-compliance. Commercial storage, filming, photography, and business activities are strictly prohibited without prior consent, and subject to an additional fee of $500 per day. Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the unit in a similar state as they found it or will be subject to additional cleaning fees. Guests will be responsible to cover costs related to shipment of items left behind.

🅿️ The off-street parking space is on the smaller side and located in the alley behind Brighton Avenue; please note that large SUVs may have difficulty maneuvering in. 👥 It's also part of a friendly community that includes 3 other cottages; however, worth noting that we cannot control noise from nearby neighbors, pets or airplane traffic (all of Ocean Beach is in the flight path). 🧺 There is no laundry in the property, but Wonderland Coin Laundry is a only a 4-minute walk away. Please note this is self-service accommodation, and we are unable to provide fresh towels or linens during stays.
