🛌 Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, desk and office chair, perfect for those who work from home. It has a ceiling fan, split system A/C and heating unit and closet. 🛌 Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet. 👩‍🍳 The kitchen is large, open and spacious and looks out onto the dining area and living room, perfect for entertaining. It comes with a gas range, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and also has a split system A/C and heating unit. ☕️ Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and sugar provided, too! 🧺 Washer and dryer (bring your own detergent) are on-site. 🌳 Perhaps the best part is the outdoors though! A dining table and chairs sit on one patio under a pergola, and out back there are couches where you can relax and watch some golf at a distance!

**House rules** Please note we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time if it becomes apparent that ANY of the following rules are not being followed: > NO SMOKING/PETS/FIREARMS/OR PARTIES: Possession of marijuana or illicit drugs, smoking of any substance, parties/events, pets/animals, firearms and excessive noise ANYWHERE on site are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times. A fine of $250 per occurrence will apply. > USE: Commercial storage, filming, photography, and business activities are strictly prohibited without prior consent, and subject to an additional fee of $500 per day. > QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of guests in the other unit and keep noise to a minimum. > SHARED COMMON AREAS: Please do not leave personal items in the shared common areas and remember to keep the areas tidy at all times. Due to the local wildlife in the canyon, absolutely NO food may be left outside unattended at any time. You may even see a coyote or two! > FENCE: Do not climb over the fence at any time. We are not responsible for any injuries or expenses that may occur if you disregard this. > INTERNET: Please do not disconnect Internet cables or router at any time. > SHARED WASHER/DRYER: Guests must ensure clothes are removed from the machines in a timely matter after the cycle is completed. > ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Additional guests on-site that aren't included in the reservation will be subject to an additional guest fee of $100 per extra person per night. > CHECKING OUT: Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the unit in a similar state as they found it. Fees for prolonged/unexpected cleaning will be passed along to guests. > LEFT BELONGINGS: Guests will be responsible to cover costs related to shipment of items left behind.

🅿️ Parking: There is a small half-driveway in front where you can park if not occupied by guests in the other Airbnb; otherwise, street parking is free. There are usually two street spots right out front, too, but it does tend to get busy at night and on weekends. 🐕 Due to the canyon location, you may see or hear coyotes. For this reason, absolutely NO pets are allowed on site at any time, and no food can be left outside unattended. 🚫 Parties and smoking are not permitted anywhere on site.
